We stopped at Amalfi and while we were enjoying coffee and a pastry at another suggested venue, we saw Giuseppe who was trying to find us to give us an umbrella as it had started raining - I couldn't believe it. He also set up a private guide for us at Pompeii which was well worth it. We have now arranged Giuseppe to pick up our daughter and her 2 friends when they visit next month. I feel very happy I have someone I can trust to look after them. Giuseppe's English is also very good and he has an extensive knowledge about everything in the area and in Italy in general. We can't recommend him highly enough.

We always use Giuseppe, he will pick you at port if you are in a cruise or at your Hotel! He will customize a day tour where you can see the Amalfi coat, stop to take great pictures, go to Positano, Sorrento and Pompeii where he has a spectacular guide that works with him. Better price PP than if you arrange with cruise ship and private car with just your party instead of a whole bus full of cruise passengers that just really give you a driver and drop u off where they choose. If you have more time just ask suggestions about where to go as he is very accommodating and was born here. We highly recommend Giuseppe Astaria.
